Docker image for evaluating [ConwayResearch/Underdog-Woof](https://huggingface.co/ConwayResearch/Underdog-Woof) on the [Open TTS Leaderboard](https://huggingface.co/spaces/hf-audio/open_tts_leaderboard) via HF Jobs. The eval scripts are injected at runtime.

Woof is numpy-only CPU inference; the image bakes the model repo at a pinned revision and puts it on `PYTHONPATH`. The model itself is under the [Underdog Non-Commercial License 1.0](https://huggingface.co/ConwayResearch/Underdog-Woof/blob/main/LICENSE) (this Space only holds the Dockerfile).
